- stress reduction
Carlin uses a scientific approach to diagnosis and treatment. During the consultation, Carlin gathers information to devise an individualised naturopathic treatment strategy. A range of testing is available to help identify the root cause of health complaints and to monitor progress.
Carlin is passionate about using food as a primary form of medicine, and is a professionally trained vegan and live foods chef. Food sensitivities and allergies are a common cause of many of today's health problems. The elimination of certain foods from the diet can make a big difference to people's health. To support everyone on their health and wellness journey, Carlin offers wholefood cooking classes, kitchen makeovers, grocery store tours and personalised meal plans. She can also design delicious healthy recipes based on unique health needs that can be easily prepared.
